We pit our favorite super sedan from Munich, the BMW M5, against Motowns all-new CTS-V. First up, we head to the test track to see which car puts down the best numbers.
The new? M5 is beautiful, but is it strange that I find this one so much more sexier?!?

It could've been an amazing sports car but they didn't want it to compete with the Corvette. So they discontinued it. And they ruin their cars by putting button operated door poppers and headliners and trim pieces from their pickup trucks in their sports cars!

Both cars are really nice. I dont see how the CTSV spanks the M5 considering the numbers are just so close and V10 M5 was? on the market 4 years before the new super charged CTSV. I would probably take the M5 just because i would leave the track with more females :)

I? don't doubt that they can build a high quality vehicle the problem is like you said pulling their heads out of their a-holes and actually doing it besides if needed they have our taxes to fund their production lines or in this case their executives bonuses.

They skimp on their interiors and use cheap plastic parts everywhere so that they can cut production costs and give their executives outrageous bonuses. Their management has always had their heads up their asses. They always make the wrong decisions. GM doesn't let its Marques? manufacture their own vehicles or engines anymore because it saves them money.

Cadillac will never be a flagship brand if it continues to build it cars from? the GM parts bin and sharing it's platforms with other lower brand makes. You want to be a flagship and honestly be regarded as one? Build something from the ground up...BMW and MERC have been doing this for decades.

stop listening to this "mindcontrollers" called "cartrend" or some shitty mag. we all know what americans those is call their shit the? best,even when its always full of shit,the bimmer is clearly faster and i just watched 1000 of videos on YT showing the m5 5year older castrating the toy cst-v just type it in.
Even with the? F10, it grew larger in every dimension over the E60, size weight, room etc! & even with the S63T? it still is underpowered 560ps=552 bhp & 501 lb ft of torque! & yet with the overall combination of the F10 being heavier, less powerful it technically is faster the CTS-V! Goes against all physics! Yet it's ///M division though!
The crazy part is that the E60 was well underpowered 500 bhp & 383 lb ft of? torque but weighed less & the caddy had 556 bhp & 551 lb ft of torque! Yet the ///M5 is able to keep up! Even though the CTS-V was new! & but ///M division are pretty cleaver!
