Here's Hayley singing Kate Bush's classic live, 2004. Enjoy all! (and judging from the bitterness contained within comments on the WH video clip, please respect each other's opnions!)

beautiful song? and beautiful voice------------
Absolutely? horrible.
Excellent song. Excellent singer, The audience was obviously happy with this. Mean spirited comments here are without merit from people living thirty years in the past. Time moves on. Accept it. Well? done Hayley.
@TomtenJens
you're completely right! It's a nice presentation, but not approximately like kate! in german we say: schuster bleib bei deinen leisten. sorry? hayley, you have had better moments
I feel like I'm watching someones daughter at? a school talent competition. Awkward.
GREAT? *__*
@TomtenJens
All a matter of opinion.? I love Kate...but I disagree. Haley doesn't like a banshee when she sings it. I prefer not sounding like a banshee
NOBODY, I? repeat, NOBODY can sing this song as well as Kate Bush
CONCERTEZA esse e? bem melhor que o original parabens pra ela
i'm not? in emotion with this
@Totorocatbus
-and give the credit to the wrong thing(or in this case...person). Opera is always great. Jackie didn't make it great. It was? great long before her time.
@Totorocatbus Yeah, it? is rare that a 10 year old has a pretty well developed operatic voice, but why are we measuring quality over rareness? Just because she is unique doesn't exactly make her QUALITY. Infact, she should be preserving her voice, not full flegde singing opera right now. She'll ruin her vocals. But all THAT aside (since that wasn't my POINT)...my POINT WAS - opera is actually a lovely genre that everyone ignores until they hear it in the mainstream and give the -
@TripBoomLikeThat
Yes, I'm aware that Kate Bush has a high pitched voice, as I've heard many of her songs. My point was, Kate's high pitched voice was NATURALLY high, and Hayley Westenra's? is not.
@Hexions Cause you are? a dick? Explain pls!
"oooh it gets dark" "i pine a lot" nobody can sing and capture this emotion and story like kate does, hayley has no soul? singing it though she's nice singer
Whether you decide Kate Bush's version or Hayley Westernra's version is better...you have to respect Hayley's ability to sing this song without any lip syncing, gimmicks or any auto-tuning? that many many artists use these days. Hats off to you both!
Still Good. I love the song and the? book.
Hayley is a lovely singer , However not sure she captures the story as Kate Bush does .Seems a bit rushed and her voice struggles a bit? . Never mind that's just my opinion but Kate is an iconic Artist and wrote this great song . Wonder if she approved ? Think she probably did !
@ZoeShazza "High pitched voice"? Maybe you should listen to Kate Bush sing this. ?
It's a dream, voice like an? angel!!!
Beautiful voice, but it just doesn't quite capture the pure sense of? haunting that this song should.
Look don't? get me wrong she is great and all but kate bush...she just has it all when it comes to this!
to be honest, she's putting? that high pitched voice on, Kate's was natural.

She'd get it straight up? the bum.
