I totally agree. This is nowhere near Kate's version!!! Although is not bad. Nice try, I would say.
I think both versions are amazing :) and dont really have a favourite between the two, I think this one has beautiful tone, but the Kate Bush version is the original isn't it.
It was the one that made the first impact.
She doesn't seem to have a problem with hitting the notes, but her "interpretation" of the song, or more specifically her style of singing (slightly staccato-ish in the chorus) doesn't sound good to my ears.
This performance is nowhere near Kate Bush's original.

Everyone knows that KB wrote this song. That by itself does not make her the best at singing it although I agree her versionis a classic. To say all cover versions are not better than the original is incorrect as some covers have been more successful. Hayley sings WH because she likes the song. She is not trying to imitate or be better than KB. She is just being Hayley.

Kate bush WROTE THIS, she not only sing this song she also wrote it, and this is a classic song that ANYONE knows, so comparing kate to hayley is almost the same to compare the beatles to any of the bands that covered their songs...
Kate Bush was a genious at her time, and that said......
Nah, she is beautiful and has almost the same voice but that doesn't make her better, different times separate them so i think is kind of hard comparing... different sounds effects, technology, instruments you know... stuff like that, just imagine what kate could have done with all this, peace...
